Initiating and executing prevention measures to minimize corruption and deter public officials, decision makers, and citizens from engaging in corrupt acts.
ACTIVITIES
Develop ways to stop corruption in public and private sector entities
Design internal control systems that help prevent, deter, and detect fraudulent, corrupt, or noncompliant acts
Assist in properly documenting relevant criminal evidence of suspected corrupt acts in Lebanon
Propose articles to improve on current or proposed laws concerned with preventing corruption and prosecuting related cases to ensure equitable penalty for corruption and fraud crimes.
Training and public speaking on basics of anti-corruption such as integrity, professional ethics, professional compliance with international standards, internal control, and governance
Advise public and private sectors on anti-corruption strategies, laws, investigation, and litigation support.
